Best Mike Posner Covers/Remix’s

Everyone has heard of Mike Posner by now. However, half of everyone still doesn’t know how to pronounce his name right, and still thinks Cooler Than Me is his best song. I will firmly disagree with that statement, but that is for another post.

New Curren$y Mixtape – Verde Terrace

I came across this mixtape on DatPiff the other day. It had over a 100k downloads so naturally I had to check it out. I had never heard of Curren$y before, (Apparently I’ve been wasted b/c he has been releasing a steady flow of albums and mixtapes since 2006.) but was pretty impressed by his beats and flow. Now I know I don’t really have anything to compare it to, given that I haven’t heard his other music, but this mixtape has some awesome unique beats. Great to relax and jam too.

Peace Out Limewire, The Solution

A few months ago Limewire decided to Peace Out. Well no, the government finally put their shannanigans to an end. They gave it a good run, and really gave it their all: running overseas to avoid American Law. Haha BUTTT.. that unfortunately leaves us with the free music problem. There are a couple of solutions:
- Torrents. Get a program like utorrent and go to town. Setback: The government tracks torrents and you might receive a call sooner or later like my friend did. Also, viruses are run rampant.
- Buy Music From iTunes. Setback: Apple is gay and is primarily for teenage girls. More >
